We live in a fast-paced world and many of us lead stressful, busy lives indoors, peering at screens for hours every day. In my experience it seems that the more disconnected from nature we become, the more discontented and anxious we are. I believe that for our mental and physical health it is important to find the time to regain our roots and become more grounded and connected with the natural world.
