SPLASHING AROUND AT SPA IN A FARCIAL GRAND PRIX

Three hours and 25 minutes after the Belgian Grand Prix was due to start, FIArace control declared the event over. Max Verstappen was adjudged the race winner and half points for the top 10 finishers were awarded. Yet the reality is that no racing took place at all.
