SAD-LOOKING APRICOT

I wondered if you may kindly help with my apricot tree. It is a variety called ‘Aprigold’, and is a dwarf grafted variety. It was protected over winter and is now against a south-facing wall for warmth. The last few weeks the leaves have got more and more red spots in them and are drooping. I’ve had a look at the roots and they are healthy and growing well. It doesn’t appear over-or underwatered and has been fed. I wondered if it had peach leaf curl but wasn’t sure if this affected apricots?

I don’t think this is peach leaf curl. The spots are more consistent with bacterial canker where the bacteria infect the leaves,
