    If you have ever toured Israel, it is most likely due to the efforts of Jannie du Plessis. Although this humble man would never claim the title “Mr Israel”, Jannie has pioneered the pilgrimage concept to the Holy Land for decades, and been responsible for taking many pastors and Christians to Israel (either directly with his company or through other tour companies who were inspired by his tours and now run their own ventures).
