Waking up in a cold sweat, my bed covers twisted around me, I sat bolt upright.
My heart racing, I felt my husband Jarrod, 41, stir beside me.
‘What’s the matter?’ he asked groggily.
‘A bad dream,
I think,’ I said, recalling a sinister dark shadow surrounding me.
It was difficult to pinpoint, and I tried to shrug it off, but something had really shaken me.
Rolling over, I eventually managed to get back to sleep again.
