Ease of preparation: Will someone with sunstroke be able to make sense of the instructions? How long does it take to prepare?
Packaging: Is it user-friendly and eco-friendly?
Information: What does the packet tell you about your food?
Taste and appearance: Do you have to force the meal down, or would you like seconds? Does it look like a home-cooked meal or dog food?
Energy (in calories) per portion: Does the food give you enough oomph?
Additives: Does it contain preservatives, flavourings or MSG?
Variety: How limited is the menu?
Special dietary requirements: Are there options for vegetarians or people with food allergies?
Affordability: Is the dish worth the price?
