Julian’s Super Sport

The Vespa Super Sport (or SS180, as it’s more commonly referred to) is a very desirable machine that was the natural evolution of the Vespa marque from the beautiful GS160 which had previously held the position of the most covetable Vespa and flagship model of the brand.

The SS180 still retained the piston-ported motor similar to its predecessor, but with an increase of 20cc above the 160cc GS version. It was produced from 1964 to 1968 with just shy of 36,000 machines rolling off the Pontedera production line.
