Mobile mechanics have been around for as long as anyone can remember, and the option to have someone look after your car at home or workplace is certainly convenient. Most operators will undertake a range of tasks, from diagnostics and servicing to more major repairs, but up to now it’s been mainly the preserve of petrol and diesel vehicles. Electric vehicles are surely a rather different prospect, aren’t they? Well, that’s where the Gloucestershire-based Cleevely EV come in. Run by Matt Cleevely it was started in January 2018 with the intention of providing advice and support to prospective EV buyers, the business offering both sales and maintenance.
