The rest of the family processed to “All You Need is Love,” by the Beatles, and Amy and Michele walked in to Pachelbel’s Canon “The day felt like us through and through,” shares Michele. “We had Pa’s wine as part of the escort card display, our dogs on the bar menu and my grandfather’s Bronze Star on my bouquet. Our loved ones were around us all day long.” As for their rescue-pup-inspired signature sips, Amy’s drink was “The Toby,” a mojito, and Michele’s was “The Bronn,” a spiked Arnold Palmer. Not only did David Rose’s vows from the show inspire Michele’s promises to Amy, but the couple also danced (twice!) to “A Little Bit Alexis” during their reception.
