Jesse Mulligan

He beams into people’s homes around the country as a co-host of Three’s The Project, but Jesse Mulligan admits that becoming a parent a decade ago has made him realise that “being on TV is the least interesting thing about me”!

He explains, “What you happen to do for a living is irrelevant at 3am in the morning when you’re patting somebody back to sleep. The important stuff – being there, listening, showing an interest in what your kids are up to – is where all of your focus and energy should go.”
