Leading through kindness

EVERY year on 18 July, people around the world are encouraged to follow the example set by former SA president Nelson Mandela (1918-2013) and to make a difference in the lives of others.

Madiba, as he’s also known, was a leader known for his generosity, tolerance and above all, his dedication to the reconciliation and unity of all SA’s people.

He strove to have a positive impact in everything he did. In this spirit, Mandela Day is a celebration of his life and his vision of a better life for all. It’s an opportunity for all South Africans and companies to reach out to community organisations to help those who care for others on a daily basis.
