Visitors to UK VW festivals over the last two decades or so have enjoyed countless displays of nostalgic show cars thanks to the dedication and enthusiasm of Stu, the founder and main driver of the Back to ’89 movement, B289 for short.

The aim has always been simple – to celebrate and remember the custom VWs of the late 1980s and early ’90s.
