Format debrief as key aim is to keep horses in Games

THE FEI will conduct a “thorough debrief” of the Olympic format and see what can be bettered – but the changes were needed to keep our sport in the Games.

The three-man teams were a major talking point in Tokyo; showjumpers described it as “carnage” and “unfair on the rider who makes a mistake”.
