aving already set a world best time for the 3km individual pursuit in the National Youth Track Champs in 2018, Ethan Vernon followed it up with a strong season on the road in 2019, including third in the National U23 TT Champs. His progress was rewarded with a call up to the British Cycling Olympic squad last April – keeping him focused while many riders were derailed by Covid.
