Learn to make and code with micro:bit – Part 1

Micro:bit is the tiny single-board computer that teaches kids (or anyone) how to code using real hardware. It comes with features you’ll find in any smartphone, including a speaker, microphone, accelerometer and Bluetooth connectivity, plus a 5x5 grid of LEDs and a number of user controls. You’ll find it at most online maker retailers for under $30 and includes everything you need to get started. All you add is a Windows, macOS or Linux PC with internet access and your imagination. It’s easy to use, lots of fun and all the while teaches the basics of computer science.
