HAND-BUILT MODEL
Further to your article on Rolls-Royce and Bentley scale models in the July/August issue, I would like to present to you something unique. I have attached a few photographs of one of the models that my father has made from scrap metal. As he primarily makes hot rod models, he has created a scaled version of his 1979 Silver Shadow II in Primrose Yellow, which he has owned for 26 years.
As you can see, there’s the slight twist of a tubbed rear axle, supercharger, roll cage, roof chop and so on, keeping it in line with the style of his other art
