RAJIV BAJAJ, A VERY DYNAMIC AND INFLUENTIAL MAN, HAS been heading Bajaj Auto since 2005. Back in 1990, he started his career in the company in the R&D department and, five years later, he moved to the engineering section and continued to contribute to the brand’s success. Finally, after serving the company for 15 years, he was appointed as the Managing Director.

Over the years, Rajiv has established Bajaj Auto as a global two-wheeler player. The KTM 250 Adventure from the house of Bajaj has gained popularity as a budget adventure-tourer and now reports suggest that at the opposite end of the spectrum, KTM will soon launch the 790 Adventure.

Focusing on the electric vehicle (EV) sector, the company is planning to restart the delivery of the electric Chetak in September. In 2021, as the automotive market recovers, Bajaj have launched the Pulsar NS 125 which is also a bike that is quite sought after.
