Having achieved great success with film documentaries such as In Search Of Darkness, Robin Block of CreatorVC and producer David L Craddock, author of Rocket Jump: Quake And The Golden Age Of First-Person Shooters, have set out to make the ultimate documentary on first-person shooters and have already smashed their Kickstarter funding goal. We speak to the pair to find out more about why the film is being made and what they have planned for it.

Please tell us a little about First Person Shooter from your own perspective.

This is basically a love letter to the first-person shooter genre, and not just a certain era or type of shooter – we’re going as far back and all the way through , , , , , , . If there is a fond memory you and your readers have of a first-person shooter practically ever, then you are very likely to get to relive those glory days in this film.
