Should we really EMBRACE OUR GREY?

Now, more than ever, women are being championed and celebrated for embracing natural beauty. Whether that means going make-up free or ditching the hair dye, it’s seen less as ‘letting go’ and more as ageing gracefully.

Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker was recently spotted sporting naturally grey locks and, while some were quick to praise the actor for embracing her shade, many people disagreed, believing she looked a lot older than her 56 years.

Nobody should feel pressure to maintain a perfect appearance but, equally, nobody should feel guilty for reaching for the anti-ageing creams, having minor tweakments to reduce the investigates why it’s important to start experiencing it on our own terms.
