CLUB NOTICES

BIRMINGHAM AS the first meeting after 15 months was held on June 9. It was nice to see the members again and in good health – we all survived the pandemic. It was a general meeting to get things sorted for the rest of the year. It was also proposed that the 2020 AGM be accepted and all officers back in block with the exception of the president, Mick Bassett, who stood down after two years. Maurice O’Connor was elected new president. The rest of the year’s calendar was accepted by all.

The next meeting, a nest-feather show, will be July 14, 8pm at St Giles Church Hall, 149 Church Road, Sheldon, Birmingham B26
