Playing teams, South opens one heart (playing five-card majors), and West overcalls two diamonds. What call do you make with the North cards?
Cue bid three diamonds, showing a sound raise in hearts (since you know partner has at least five), and South cue bids three spades. North’s four diamond cue-bid is doubled by East, and after using Blackwood, South settles for five hearts.
