The nose is fresh, aromatic, mineral and offers a small incisive side, a fine grain as well as a certain generosity. It reveals notes of fresh / juicy Boysenberry, rose and small notes of fresh cornflowers associated with touches of racy minerality, Timut pepper as well as discreet hints of fresh strawberry and a very discreet hint of citrus / zest. The palate is fresh (beautiful freshness), mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, roundness, finesse, tension as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, rose and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of varietal / sage, crunchy strawberry, racy minerality, juicy / acidulous plum as well as fine almost citrus hints. Tannins offer a fine straightness as well as a small firmness. Presence of fine toasted hints and chocolate on the finish / persistence.
