OUTDOORS: PIRI’S TIKI TOUR (Three, 5.00pm). Former All Blacks half-back Piri Weepu has already fronted three seasons on Māori TV of this show, which has had him on a catch-and-cook tour of Aotearoa. He’s back hunting, fishing and diving and joining the locals in the occasional friendly game of footy. The fourth series shifts to Three’s late Sunday afternoon slot, long a home to fishing shows. In the first episode, Weepu is in Te Kaha in the eastern Bay of Plenty where he’s hosted by brothers and former professional players Reuben and Matua Parkinson.

The title of and creator of the short-lived android cop drama , which starred Karl Urban. Reviews suggest its dense mystery might appeal to fans of or  , though it looks like this 13-episode season will be all there is – NBC cancelled the show after one series.
