HOME OFFICES (TO NAIL THE 9-5)

Once only mildly desirable for stashing away household bills or drying laundry, dedicated space for a home office is now a key selling point for house hunters, second only to decent broadband. We probably don’t need to explain why WFH is suddenly hot property but, according to a survey by the Home Builders Federation, two-fifths of British people would now prioritise home office space if they were searching for a new home.
