Scrolling Facebook in 2014, I saw a trailer for the film Albatross. Chicks on Midway Island, in the heart of the Pacific, were dying in their nests with a belly full of plastic. I couldn’t say that those bits of plastic weren’t mine because I had no idea where my rubbish actually ended up.
