    As one of Hollywood’s most versatile actresses, Emily Blunt can turn her hand to almost anything – from flying with an umbrella as magical nanny Mary Poppins to staying eerily silent while fleeing aliens in A Quiet Place .

    For her latest role, the Golden Globe winner is embarking on her wildest adventure yet as she heads into the depths of the Amazon rainforest. She stars as determined scientist and explorer Dr Lily Houghton alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and comic actor Jack Whitehall in Disney family action-adventure Jungle Cruise , which sailed into cinemas last Friday.

    The film’s Oscar-nominated to exclusively share on-set secrets and tell us how Emily’s latest character truly breaks the mould.
