You’ve won back-to-back promotions with Barrow and Bolton, aged just 39. Sum up the last two years for you?

Successful! It’s been a fantastic start as a manager for me – three years and two promotions. It’s built the pressure for the future, but that’s what I want. I’ve still got lots of areas to improve on.
