I’ll avoid Microsoft’s Windows 11 ‘mouse trap’

Maybe I’m too gullible, but I believed Microsoft when it said Windows 10 would be the final ever version of Windows. It was one of the reasons I bought a new computer with Windows 10 on it. This was back in 2019. Up to that point I had somehow managed on Windows 7. I had stuck with Windows 7 because I felt familiar with it, and it still seemed to work as well as ever. At my advanced age, I didn’t really want the stress of learning a new operating system, but I was persuaded by Microsoft’s pledge that this would be the last system I’d have to learn.
