SEAN Conway is no ordinary human being, which is why he has been featured several times in the pages of this fine Land Rover magazine, having racked up several incredible endurance feats during his 40 years on the planet earth. Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, he was raised in the back of a Series IIA in the wilds of the Mana Pools National Park. This is one of the few parks where you are allowed to leave your Land Rover and take a walk amongst the lions and elephants. Is this perhaps why he is such an incredible runner, swimmer and cyclist?
After selling his photography business for £1 Sean cycled around the world in 2012. Then in 2013 he swam the length of Britain. He went one better in 2015 when he ran from John O’Groats to Land’s End thereby completing the Ultimate British Triathlon.
