IN A BARBIE WORLD

As a child, I was obsessed with all things Barbie.

So much so, my dad converted our loft to home all of my dolls, houses and accessories.

He painted the walls pink and covered the floor in pink stripes, too.

I was absolutely mesmerised.

From the age of seven to 11, I spent all of my time up in the loft playing with the dolls.

Back in the ‘80s, Barbie had a completely different look, but I loved her.

I even won a competition to attend the first ever Barbie
