S21 Ultra Woes?

Dear Zak, In your June 2021 issue, vol. 26 no. 6, on page 73 you mention that you got a Samsung S21 Ultra. You gave it a thumbs-up.

But when I went to the website for Verizon, it gave it 2.5 stars out of 5. Now the reviews say after the April update most of the phones stopped working properly. And there were a lot of very bad reviews for that phone.

So, my questions to you are: Have you had any issues with your phone so far, and how would you rate your phone? I was planning to buy that exact phone until I saw those reviews. So, any info you can give me would be much appreciated.

–Ken P.

Hi Ken, this is actually the first I’ve heard of any problems so far. I haven’t had any personally; my last update was in May (it’s June at the time of writing), and still no major issues or bug crashes, although I’ve spotted some comments online with all manner of problems, so there’s clearly some issues somewhere.
