‘Nina Raine provides no easy answers, but this is a terrific play’
IS genius compatible with morality? Can you be a great artist and, at the same time, a model spouse and parent? That is one of the many questions posed by Nina Raine’s Bach & Sons at London’s Bridge Theatre. It has had one or two sniffy reviews, but I have to say that this is far and away the best play I have come across since theatres re-opened and that Sir Simon Russell Beale gives a performance that all connoisseurs of acting will want to see.
