There really is no better way of cleaning a car than using a pressure washer. It’s fast, keeps you away from the wet stuff (a huge bonus in winter), and – best of all – you use a mere fraction of the water conventional bucket and hosepipe cleaning consumes. That’s not just good news for your water bills. On infrequently used cars, less of a drenching means less water dripping into all those internal nooks and crannies – which is where it then sits for weeks.
Better still, pressure washers have never been better than they are today. Even budget models, from not very well known brands, just work – a far cry from, say, twenty years ago, when moving away from Karcher or Nilfisk often meant encountering machines with spluttering temperamental outputs.
