You could set your watch by the lifecycle of Pinarello’s Dogma. Every other year, just before the Tour de France, the Italian brand updates its flagship race bike for the Sky/Ineos team. More often than not the team then wins aboard the new bike. Seven of the last ten Tours have been conquered on a Dogma by Ineos in its different guises.

In recent times the
