am a big fan of Jaffa Cakes. The sponge base combines sublimely with the jammy orange filling and chocolate coating to create a snack that is light, melting and so moreishly satisfying that one is never enough. I would go so far as to suggest that they are my favourite type of biscuit. But were I to present the Jaffa Cake as a worthy champion in a competition entitled ‘Britain’s Best of
