THIS SHOULD HAVE been a Yamaha party. After an exhaustive run of four races in 28 days, their rider had extended his lead in the championship ahead of a bumper five-week summer break. Its factory runners wiped the floor, finishing first and second in a premier class GP for the first time since Jerez last July. And started one-two on the grid. Yet it says something of the Iwata factory that a surprising number of its recent triumphs have been laced with unease.
