It was a joy to be back at Santa Pod for the Springspeed Nationals. Burning rubber, fast action and a healthy dose of nitro do wonders for one’s spirits. Even the slightly dodgy weather could not dampen the enthusiasm of those attending, with competitors keen to blow out the cobwebs, and get back to what they love best – drag racing.
