OVER REGULATION

IN 50 years of fishing I’ve seen a lot of change. I’ve seen many new techniques and lures invented. I’ve seen new locations discovered and huge developments in tackle. But some of the biggest and most critical changes I’ve witnessed have been in fisheries management. Depending on who you talk to and where you live, those changes may have been for the better while some may have not been all that well received.
