This is a perfect pre-ride breakfast choice that’s all about fuelling the gas tank! Alternatively, it can be enjoyed as a post-ride recovery option, with the added protein used to support and aid recovery ready for your next training session. It’s also full of strong flavours and texture.

INGREDIENTS

• 100g oats• 300ml boiling water• 2 peeled bananas• 80g frozen raspberries• 25g almonds (skin on)• 1 teaspoon cinnamon• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract• 2 tablespoons honey• 200ml almond milk• 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
