Q How do I prepare my wooden fence before painting?

If it’s been raining, allow the fence to dry thoroughly before starting (unless you’re using Ronseal FenceLife Plus, then you can get going five hours after rain as it sticks to damp wood). Use a stiff brush to remove any dirt or debris from the fence.
