It had all started with a tiny red dot on my cheek.
Diagnosed with leukaemia, aged two, I’d gone into hospital for chemotherapy.
The treatment meant my immune system was weakened, and I picked up an infection. The red dot was the first sign.
But it soon grew, and doctors tried to work out what it was.
