CRAB WITH SQUID INK TAGLIARINI
White crabmeat is not as strongly flavoured as brown and is just right for this dish, delicate and delicious combined with lemon, chilli and garlic.
SERVES 4
✣400g (14oz) squid ink or egg tagliarini, or a mixture, as pictured
✣4tbsp olive oil
✣3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
✣2 mild, medium-sized red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
✣150g (5½oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
✣200g (7oz) crabmeat (preferably white)
✣Juice of 1 lemon
✣Handful of parsley, finely chopped
