    Relocating to a larger home isn’t a typical scenario for empty-nesters. But to Sydney couple Renee and Frank, the decision to upsize – albeit just a little – made perfect sense. Particularly as the slightly roomier two-level terrace they set their sights on hit the jackpot for all members of the family – pooch Coco and young grandchildren included! In fact, the home, positioned in the heart of the city’s inner east, backs directly onto a park with a good-sized playground.
