Thankless occupation

THE LATEST bit of rubbish to stem from the shiny pants is a suggestion that people like me should be saddled with a massive increase in registration fees to encourage us to update to the latest in technology – to improve safety and protect the environment. I’m not one of those who are disbelievers.
