REFRESHING SUMMER SIPS

Top up with chilled ginger beer, stir gently to mix, then garnish with an orange zest spiral. For the lemonade, blitz 20 ripe strawberries to a purée in a blender. Add the finely grated zest and juice of 4 lemons, 6 tbsp sugar and a handful of fresh mint leaves to a pitcher and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes, add the blended strawberries and top up with soda water.
