As we leave the Windy City behind, we’re staying in the USA but heading East to the Big Apple. We’re now about to interview the first person I thought about when I was asked to bring back this marching series. Brian Calhoun has achieved so much for other people, which is why I think all our readers should know a bit more about him and what he’s done for children and adults with additional needs in the drum corps world.

Brian is a professional drummer, percussion educator, advisor and consultant. He has an extensive background in drum-set, marching and concert percussion. Brian currently owns and runs his own business, Brian Calhoun Drums, where he teaches virtual drum lessons and music classes to people of all ages, levels and abilities, throughout the US and internationally.
