put a sock in it

A few things to note: This is a pattern for more experienced knitters, or folks who’d like to challenge themselves. But don’t be scared: if in doubt about a technique, turn to Youtube and its many, many instructional videos. Charts are read from bottom to top and from right to left. If you can’t find the same yarn used in the pattern (or want to use something else) you can substitute it with a similar yarn of your choosing. The pattern is written for either double-pointed needles or the magic loop method, but you can use your preferred method for sock knitting. If doing magic loop, remember to use long, circular needles (60-100cm).
