    “There is more in you than you think.” This simple sentence inspired German educator Kurt Hahn in the early 20th century to create the programs that made him a world leader in experiential education. By developing the philosophy that students learn through doing, he went on to found Germany’s Salem School and Gordonstoun in Scotland.
