    WALKING WITH ALPACAS

    I thoroughly enjoyed the February issue of BBC Countryfile Magazine with its emphasis on wellbeing and peaceful escapes.

    I personally find time out in the countryside, and especially being among animals, very calming, focusing me ‘in the moment’.
