Makes 8 to 10 servings

½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1⅓ cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2⅔ cups all-purpose flour
1¼ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, room temperature
1⅓ cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 sheets graham crackers, broken into large pieces
3 (1.55-ounce) Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, divided
6 to 8 large marshmallows
⅓ cup miniature marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Position one oven rack in center and another oven rack in top third of the oven. Spray a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.
